Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused and undamaged items.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

ASTM D-4236”, an American standard for art materials which declares the raw materials present

in the products have been evaluated by a toxicologist to determine if any harmful substance

or component could potentially pose a chronic health hazard risk and all of the potentially hazardous

components along with safe use precautions have been clearly labeled on the product packaging.
